Home of Prokop and Julia Kondratiuk with children Sam and Anna from at least 1916 through the late-1920s. Prokop purchased the 3-room house sometime between 1911 and 1916 and was living at this address when he died in 1920. Sam was living here when he died in 1924. Anna Kondratiuk lived here from about age 8 until she left home.
